The project involved full space programming analysis, which became the basis for the subsequent RFP that was prepared for issue to the Development Community in Edmonton. The RFP a Schedule B for design criteria, as well as the space programming analysis, stack plans, and future growth analysis. The result was a 28 floor, 625,000 Sq. Ft. Class A Office building completed in 2012 that achieved LEED®
